Submerged aeration blowers are high-pressure Roots units designed to overcome the significant hydrostatic head found in deep wastewater tanks and aquaculture lagoons. Unlike standard surface blowers, these units are engineered for high-intensity discharge pressures (up to 100kPa) to ensure air reaches the bottom diffusers without loss of flow. The design features reinforced internal ribbing and oversized cooling sumps to handle the high heat of compression associated with deep-water duty.
